The challenge
The brand had been advertising on Meta for months but ROAS was stuck around 1.8; every month they spent more and saw the same profit. The problem wasn't the budget — it was the setup: measurement was incomplete, creatives were fatigued, and the product page wasn't turning visitors into buyers.
Our approach
Instead of treating ads in isolation, we fixed measurement, creative and the product page together.
- Built a clean data foundation with server-side tracking + GA4.
- Tested 6 new creative angles to find the winning offer.
- Rebuilt the product page for conversion (social proof, clear offer, fast checkout).
- Activated Google with Performance Max + remarketing.
The result
Within the first 30 days measurement was fixed and real ROAS became visible. By day 90, ROAS reached 4.6, monthly revenue grew 10× and cost per acquisition dropped 38% — all without raising the ad budget.
